This study tries (1) To find the association between student engagement and experimental and traditional measures of academic performance, (2) To develop a model to predict the student performance through student Engagement, (3) To find the Bes forms of student engagement, The sample consisted of 51 students of MBA department of SJCE colleges. Many measures o student engagement were linked positively with desirable learning outcomes and grades.
