The main objective of this study is to analyze and find out which are the store level services that affects store loyalty significantly according to organized retail stores. In order to do this, a survey was conducted with 90 randomly selected grocery shoppers in Mysore city. The study indicates that store level services like value services, store atmosphere, convenience, employee service and merchandising have a significant influence upon store loyalty statistically. This study can be very useful for the organized retail stores to develop customer relationship and gain their loyalty in the long run. The managerial significance is discussed.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
