The article focuses on a study of business schools in Malaysia that is set out to identify the perception of knowledge sharing among academic staff who are important to keeping their institutions at the forefront of learning. The author points that it is necessary to seek the views of the staff on knowledge sharing. Based on the results of the research, knowledge sharing should be continuously promoted and barriers should be overcome. Support from top management is also recommended.
