Holistic development through Yoga, a ‘science of body, mind, consciousness and soul’, has been a part of the Indian culture for thousands of years, and the popularity of yoga as a means of physical and psychological well-being has been recently globally recognized with the United Nations (UN) declaring International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2015.
