Manish Popli is an Associate Professor in area of Strategy and International Business. He holds the title of Young Research Chair of IIM Indore for the period of 2018-2021. Manish has done his FPM from IIM Lucknow. Before joining the doctoral Programme at IIM Lucknow, he has worked with various organizations such as ST Microelectronics, Hughes and Intel.
His current research areas include emerging markets, mergers and acquisitions, business groups, and internationalization primarily using the theoretical lenses of managerial cognition, behavioral theory, and institutional theory.
His teaching interests include Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances, Global Strategy, Applied Theory in Strategy and Competition.
