Meenakshi is a Fellow (PhD) of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and an MBA (Personnel Management) from Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalya, Indore. She has approximately 12 years of experience working with corporates and academic institutions.
She has various national and international publications to her credit. She has published on topics such as factors impacting success of a merger and acquisition, well being and organizational attitudes, measuring organizational effectiveness, communication effectiveness in organizations, and written cases in the areas of performance management, separation and retrenchment communication.
Meenakshi also works as a consultant and trainer for various organizations. She has consulted in the areas of organizational restructuring, performance management, training need analysis, competency mapping, leadership development, and mentoring. She has conducted half day to two day trainings on Competency based HRM, Mentoring, Managing employee performance, Cross Cultural Management, Interpersonal and Managerial Effectiveness, etc. for various organizations
