My name is Punarjit Roychowdhury. I am currently an Assistant Professor of Industrial Economics at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. I have received my Ph.D. from the Southern Methodist University, United States, in 2017.

My fields of research are:
o Microeconometrics
o Labor Economics
o Development Economics

My current research interests lie in the areas of economic mobility, economic inequality, gender violence, peer effects/neighborhood effects, education in developing countries and food security.
