Swatantra is a faculty in the area of Communication. Her research and teaching experience exceeds the span of a decade during which she has taught courses related to communication and literature at both graduate and postgraduate level. She has extensive experience in training as she regularly conducts training sessions at MDPs, FDPs and customized Workshops designed for the Corporate.
An alumnus of Dayalbagh Educational Institution (Deemed University), Agra Swatantra has written around ten books which include a book series Rills of Grammar and Remedial English Language (Sultan Chand and sons). Her book Spoken English and Translation especially meant for the students of Hindi background has been widely appreciated. She has deliberated on varied topics in more than a dozen International and national conferences and half a dozen of her articles are published in leading magazines and journals.
Her current areas of research interest are Non-verbal Communication, Role of artifacts in Impression Management, Persuasive Communication and NVC in Advertisements.
